What services do you provide?
I provide professional Xero bookkeeping services, VAT, CIS, payroll, Making Tax Digital (MTD), cashflow forecasting and financial reporting for sole traders, Limited companies and small businesses across the UK.
I take the time to understand your business and keep your financial records accurate, organised and up to date, providing a personal bookkeeping service tailored to the way you work.
Can you deal with HMRC on my behalf?
Yes. As an HMRC authorised agent, I can act on behalf of clients for relevant HMRC services once the appropriate authorisations have been completed. This helps streamline communication and ensures matters are dealt with efficiently.
Do you manage VAT, CIS and Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements?
Yes. As part of my professional Xero bookkeeping service, I can prepare and submit VAT returns, manage CIS requirements, process payroll and set up and manage Making Tax Digital (MTD) for your business. I maintain accurate digital records and submit returns to HMRC where required.
Do you specialise in bookkeeping for trades and service businesses?
Yes. I regularly work with tradespeople, contractors, service-based businesses, side businesses and Airbnb hosts. With specialist knowledge of Xero, VAT and CIS, I provide practical, accurate bookkeeping that's tailored to the way these businesses operate.
Can you help if my bookkeeping is behind?
Absolutely. If your bookkeeping has fallen behind, I can help you get everything back up to date. Whether you're working from paper records, spreadsheets or Xero, I'll organise your records, complete any catch-up bookkeeping required and help put a clear bookkeeping process in place going forward.
Do you work with Xero?
Yes. I specialise in Xero and can help you set up, manage and maintain your bookkeeping system. I can also set up Hubdoc to streamline your document collection and help make the move from spreadsheets or another accounting system as smooth as possible.
Do you offer support for new business start-ups?
Yes. I can help new businesses get established correctly from the beginning with Xero setup, bookkeeping systems, HMRC registrations, CIS registration, payroll setup and Making Tax Digital (MTD) preparation, giving you a solid foundation from day one.
Can CIS and payroll be provided as standalone services?
Yes. I can provide CIS and payroll as standalone services or alongside your ongoing bookkeeping, depending on the needs of your business.
Do you prepare Self Assessment tax returns?
Yes. I prepare and submit Self Assessment tax returns for sole traders, partnerships and individuals where required. This service is available as a standalone service or alongside my bookkeeping packages and is quoted separately based on your individual circumstances.
Do you prepare year-end accounts and tax returns?
I prepare year-end accounts and Self Assessment tax returns for sole traders and partnerships. For Limited companies, I work alongside trusted Chartered Accountants who prepare the statutory accounts, Corporation Tax returns and provide specialist tax advice where required. This means you benefit from accurate bookkeeping throughout the year, with a seamless handover at year end.

My bookkeeping services are provided remotely, allowing me to support sole traders, limited companies and small businesses across the UK. Using Xero, Hubdoc, telephone, email and WhatsApp, I provide an efficient, secure and personal bookkeeping service wherever you're based.
