A little about me:

My name is Tracy Watkinson-Beaupré and I’m the owner of TWB Simply Bookkeeping. I’m based in Tonbridge, Kent and work remotely with clients across the UK.

I have over 35 years’ experience in bookkeeping and accounts, including nine years working at Finance Manager level. I’ve worked closely with tradespeople and small businesses for many years, particularly in the construction industry. I understand how difficult it can be to keep on top of invoices, paperwork and deadlines while running a business.

I started TWB Simply Bookkeeping because I enjoy getting to know business owners and helping them feel more organised and confident about their finances. I work with sole traders and small limited companies across a range of industries, including construction, other trades, holiday lets, pest control and online selling.

I provide fully managed Xero bookkeeping. This includes keeping records up to date, reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports and bringing overdue bookkeeping up to date. Where needed, I also handle VAT returns, CIS deductions and contractor returns, Making Tax Digital submissions and payroll. I can set up Xero for a new business and help clients get started with sending their own invoices through it.

My aim is to keep your records accurate and organised while giving you a clear picture of how your business is performing. You’ll know what information I need from you, what I’m handling and when important work is due.

I also prepare Self Assessment tax returns. For limited company year-end accounts, Corporation Tax returns and specialist tax advice, I work with trusted accountants so that the bookkeeping and year-end work fit together smoothly.

Away from bookkeeping, I’m very family-orientated and happiest spending time with my family and our dogs. I like getting to know my clients and their businesses properly. For me, a personal service means being approachable, staying in touch and being someone you feel comfortable picking up the phone to.
