Payroll and cashflow forecasting are available to clients who use my monthly bookkeeping service. I’ll explain what’s included and agree any additional fees with you before work begins.
Self Assessment Tax Returns
From £150
Self Assessment tax returns can be prepared for clients whose bookkeeping I manage, ensuring the figures submitted to HMRC are supported by complete and accurate records.

As an HMRC-authorised agent, I can prepare and submit your tax return directly to HMRC and provide a clear explanation of your tax position and payment deadlines.

Year-End Accounts & Corporation Tax
Your bookkeeping records are maintained throughout the year and prepared ready for year-end accounts.
Where required, I work alongside trusted accounting professionals to ensure your bookkeeping is handed over accurately for Limited Company accounts and Corporation Tax preparation.
This provides a smooth handover between bookkeeping and year-end accounting while allowing you to deal with one trusted point of contact throughout the year.
Cashflow Forecasting
Initial 12-month forecast setup — from £95
Monthly updates — from £50 per month
Available to clients who use my monthly bookkeeping service. I’ll prepare a rolling 12-month cashflow forecast using your up-to-date bookkeeping records and the information you provide about expected payments. Each month, I’ll add the latest figures and extend the forecast by one month.
The starting prices cover a straightforward forecast and one update per month. I’ll agree the fee with you before work begins.

Payroll Processing
From £25 per month for one person paid monthly
Payroll is available as part of an ongoing bookkeeping package. A one-off payroll setup fee is charged separately.
Whether you employ one member of staff or a growing team, I can manage your payroll accurately and on time. The fee for additional employees or more frequent pay runs will depend on your requirements.
Services include:
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll
Payslip preparation
RTI submissions to HMRC
Director payroll
Pension administration where applicable
