From £35 per month

Professional bookkeeping support for newly formed sole traders and start-up businesses using organised digital records and MTD-ready software.

Sole Trader Bookkeeping
From £45 per month

Structured bookkeeping and financial reporting for sole traders and self-employed businesses, with bookkeeping kept up to date throughout the year, MTD submissions managed where required and records maintained ready for Self Assessment.

Small Business Bookkeeping
From £60 per month

Professional bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting for growing small businesses, with bookkeeping professionally maintained throughout the year and MTD submissions managed where required.

VAT, CIS & Limited Company Bookkeeping
From £75 per month

(Pricing increases based on transaction volume, VAT, CIS and reporting requirements.)

Professional bookkeeping, VAT returns and CIS management for growing small businesses, with monthly reporting and records maintained throughout the year, ready for Self Assessment, year-end accounts and tax returns.

A tailored quotation will be provided following a quick review of your bookkeeping requirements.

Software subscriptions are charged separately.

MTD setup, software migration and catch-up bookkeeping are quoted separately depending on requirements.

As a Xero Bronze Partner, I can provide Xero free for the first 6 months, followed by discounted ongoing subscription rates.

Self Assessment Tax Returns

From £100

Preparation and submission of Self Assessment tax returns for sole traders, CIS subcontractors, landlords and individuals.

As an HMRC Authorised Agent, I can prepare and submit your Self Assessment tax return and deal directly with HMRC on your behalf.

Self Assessment tax returns are available as a standalone service or alongside ongoing bookkeeping.

Fees vary depending on the complexity of your tax affairs and the number of income sources included.

Year-End Accounts & Corporation Tax

Records are maintained throughout the year and prepared ready for year-end accounts. Where required, I work alongside trusted accounting professionals for Limited Company accounts and Corporation Tax submissions.

Cashflow Forecasting

Helping you understand where your money has gone — and where your cashflow is heading.

Cashflow forecasting can help you plan ahead, stay in control of your finances and avoid unexpected cashflow problems before they happen.

Ideal for:

  • Managing seasonal work

CIS Management & Submissions

CIS management can be provided as an additional service or included within your ongoing bookkeeping support, depending on your business requirements.

I provide CIS support for contractors, including subcontractor verification, monthly CIS returns and maintaining accurate records of payments and deductions.

All submissions are completed in line with HMRC deadlines, helping to ensure your CIS obligations are managed accurately and on time.

Support can also be provided to subcontractors requiring CIS registration assistance.

Payroll Processing

Payroll services can be provided as an additional service or included within your bookkeeping package, depending on your business requirements.

• Weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll processing
• Payslip preparation and distribution
• PAYE submissions to HMRC
• Director payrolls
• Pension administration support (where applicable)
• Payroll records maintained accurately and on time

Payroll is processed using HMRC-recognised software, helping to ensure your PAYE obligations are met accurately and on time.
